The time allocated for preparation in person was sufficient, particularly having the afternoon beforehand to prepare an interview plan. This ensured that the interview under caution was a meaningful exercise, allowing me to properly assess what I did well and identify areas for improvement, rather than any feedback being influenced by a lack of preparation. The feedback provided on the day was detailed, constructive, and extremely valuable in helping me improve for future interviews.
